Food For Thought - New KLCC Show
A new show debuted on KLCC Sunday, July 4, at Noon. Food For Thought, hosted by Ryan Dawe-Stotz and Boris Wiedenfeld, is designed to entertain and educate the public about food issues and news, both locally and on a global scale. The hour-long weekly program includes food news, current issues, guests, and a live call-in segment. Major focuses include food preparation, eating out, farming / ranching / fishing, wine, and sustainability. The hosts hope the show will create a more informed public, actively involved in the discussion of what is on their plates and where it came from, with an increased appreciation of fine food and drink in our area. Boris and Ryan will host the show each week, with Leslie Hildreth and Angela Andre providing production assistance.
