Lincoln County Commissioner Bill Hall filed to run for a fourth term in next year’s election.
Hall has been a Commissioner since 2004, but the Newport resident says he still has more to offer the County.
Hall: “It’s the best job, the most challenging job, I’ve ever had. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of people in Lincoln County to accomplish a lot of things, but I feel like the job is not done yet.”
Hall says he wants to continue advocating for affordable housing and services for the homeless.
Hall: “We’ve made some headway, but just like all of Oregon we’re dealing with a critical shortage of housing.”
The Commissioner says he wants to tackle building projects like a new Health and Human Services clinic and redevelopment of the County Fairgrounds.
As of now, Hall is the only candidate who’s filed to run for Position Two on the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
