Milt Moran is with Cascade Timber Consulting in Sweet Home, and is in Eugene for the 79th annual Oregon Logging Conference.  He admits it’s too soon to know just what the White House will roll out, and when.

“It would be interesting to see what happens with federal timber sales, some of those sales that have been marked and approved for timber removal," says Moran.

"And he’s just trying to get things movin', and so it’ll be interest to see how that happens. But we’re optimistic.”
