This past week has felt a bit like a whirlwind and the beginning of a new phase of the pandemic. Oregon Governor Kate Brown follows up CDC guidance with an allowance for fully vaccinated Oregonians to do away with masks and social distancing.
The Pfizer vaccine is approved and available for children ages 12-15 in Oregon. And the University of Oregon joins other major Oregon universities by requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for staff and students to attend class in-person this fall.
Dr. Patrick Luedtke is here to discuss what this all means for life in Oregon, and offers advice on how to safely navigate this next phase.
