ODOT Launches Online Open Houses For Upcoming Projects

City of Newport

The Oregon Department of Transportation is inviting people to learn about upcoming road projects in 2021.

ODOT is holding online open houses on its website. They allow visitors to search upcoming project locations via an interactive map. Some upcoming road work is relatively minor, like replacing signs or lighting. Other projects could involve long-term lane closures.

The open houses also provide updates on long-term projects, including the work to rebuild the interchange between Beltline and Delta Highways in Eugene, and rehab work on the Yaquina Bay Bridge in Newport.

Visitors can also offer feedback and sign up for updates on major projects. The online open houses will remain active until January 15.
