1:27 pm UPDATE: According to The Associated Press, the total number of people wounded by the shooting is at 13.
7 to 10 people dead and at least 24 wounded at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg this morning. The shooter is said to be detained. Local, state and federal police are clearing the campus one building at a time and evacuating people to the Douglas County Fairgrounds. Wounded people are being taken to Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg and River Bend Hospital in Springfield.
