After years of fundraising and months of construction, Greenhill Humane Society celebrates having all their services under one roof.

The agency has added over 11,000 square feet of climate-controlled dog kennels. First Avenue Shelter, where dogs were previously housed, is now closed.

Sasha Elliott is Director of Operations at Greenhill. She says the number of animals they care for changes every day.

“Today, there are 7 dogs available for adoption. Six dogs who are in our care that have been brought in as stray dogs. We’re looking to reunite them with their families. And then we have about a dozen dogs that are part of our Crisis Care. (bark, bark bark.)”
