NCAA Tournament: Bitter Sweet 16 Loss For Oregon Men

Oregon’s season came to an end Sunday, after an 82-68 loss to USC in the Regional Semifinal round of the 2021 NCAA Men’s Tournament in Indianapolis.

No. 6 seed USC (25-7) shot an impressive 57% and scored 10 of their 17 three-point attempts against the seventh-seeded Ducks (21-7), who shot 37% and were 5-for-21 on their three-point shots.

Oregon’s Eugene Omoruyi scored 28 and had 10 rebounds, and Chris Duarte scored 21 in the loss. The Trojans had four players score in double digits, including Isaiah White who scored 22 and Taj Eaddy who added 20.

The Ducks went in to Sunday's game looking for redemption for an earlier loss to USC. The Ducks fell to the Trojans 72-58 on February 22.
