Air Date: September 28, 2015

City Club will check in on the status of a potential railroad quiet zone for Eugene. The notion of a quiet zone has considerable support, but the details are still a matter of debate. Some suggest that new rules should cover only some crossings downtown. Others say all railroad crossings within the urban growth boundary should be quiet. All are curious about how such a quiet zone will work.
