Peculiar Pioneer

The 14^th annual Authors and Artists Fair takes place at the Lane County Fairgrounds on December 7^th. Howard W. Robertson will be there with his novel Peculiar Pioneer. He draws from his ancestors’ wagon trail journal and his Cherokee heritage, in creating a fictional account of the racial and cultural clash between Oregon settlers and indigenous peoples. He speaks with Eric Alan about his unique bi-cultural perspective.
