Joby Patterson of Eugene is an art historian. She has studied fine art prints for more than three decades, and recently taught the history of printmaking at the U. of O.  Patterson has just produced a book on the life and works of 20th century printmaker Norma Bassett Hall. It's called "Chipping the Block, Painting the Silk."  She joined KLCC’s Claude Offenbacher to discuss her book, as well as her role as curator of more than sixty prints by Hall at the U. of O.'s  Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art opening Saturday.
