Degenerate Art Ensemble is a Seattle-based performance ensemble which integrates such diverse media as live music, dance, theater, light and sound. They create pieces inspired by equally diverse influences, including punk, comics, cinema, fairy tales and nightmares. As part of the new Oregon Performance Lab at Lane Community College, Degenerate Art Ensemble will present a workshop performance of an evolving work called Predator Songstress at LCC this Friday and Saturday, August 28th and 29th before its official world premiere in San Francisco in November. Members of Degenerate Art Ensemble brought the musical aspect of the show to the KLCC studios.
