Pianist Wayne Horvitz has created a new album inspired by the poetry of the late Richard Hugo, called Some Places are Forever Afternoon. He speaks with Eric Alan about the inspiration of place and the merging of creative forms, before performing live at the Jaqua Concert Hall in Eugene on Friday, October 9th.
