Red Chamber, Live at KLCC

The University of Oregon World Music Series presents a performance by the quartet Red Chamber on Friday evening, October 23^rd, in Beall Hall on the UO campus. Red Chamber blends the ancient traditions of Chinese plucked string repertoire with modern influences, from bluegrass to jazz fusion and global folk music. They’re led by Mei-Han, master of the zheng, a Chinese zither. Red Chamber visited the KLCC studios for songs and conversation.
