Earlier this week, Native American activist and poet, John Trudell “walked on” after a bout with cancer. He was a frequent visitor to Eugene and a guest on KLCC.
In 2008, I talked with Trudell about his campaign for research on ovarian cancer. We also discussed politics and Native American heritage.
John Trudell died this week of cancer. He was 69.
