Linford Detweiler and Karin Bergquist have been making music together as Over the Rhine for over twenty-five years .
As December sets in here in Oregon, they’re on the road from their Ohio farm for their acoustic Christmas tour, which includes songs from their latest reality holiday album Blood Oranges in the Snow. They’ve also released a recent 2 CD set recorded as part of a barn raising on their property last year. While in town for a performance at the WOW Hall on December 6th, they visited the KLCC studios for songs and conversation, with mandolinist Bradley Meinerding making the duo a trio.
