Latino USA's Maria Hinojosa on What it Means to be American

Maria Hinojosa has hosted NPR’s Latino USA for 22 years. She brings a unique perspective about what it means to be American, which she will present as part of Oregon Humanities Center’s “We the People” lecture series on October 5^th. She speaks with KLCC’s Eric Alan about her views on being American, her sense of civic duty, and all of our roles in challenging conversations about identity.
