On Martin Luther King day and the 50th anniversary of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, we’re joined by educator and community activist Greg Evans. Evans is a City of Eugene councilor for Ward 6. He’s also a Lane Community College instructor, and coordinator of its African-American student program.  In conversation with KLCC’s Claude Offenbacher, Evans discusses the current status of African-Americans:
