City Club of Eugene: Oregon U.S. Senator Ron Wyden

In anticipation of the upcoming elections, the City Club of Eugene welcomes Oregon Senator Ron Wyden to discuss Election Security, the part that dark money plays, and how we may prevent future elections from being hacked. This was an opportunity to learn more about how future elections can become more secure.

Senator Ron Wyden
Wyden serves on the Committees on Finance, Budget, Intelligence, and Energy and Natural Resources.  He is ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee and the ranking Democrat on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee.

Senator Wyden’s home is in Portland; he is married to Nancy Wyden, whom he wed in September 2005. He has five children: Adam, Lilly, Ava, William and Scarlett.

Love Cross joined KLCC in 2017. She began her public radio career as a graduate student, serving as Morning Edition Host for Boise State Public Radio in the late 1990s. She earned her undergraduate degree in Rhetoric and Communication from University of California at Davis, and her Master’s Degree from Boise State University.
