Eugene 4J

Eugene voters overwhelmingly approved a $319 million dollar bond for the 4J School District.

4J’s largest bond ever passed will affect the entire district. Anne Marie Levis is the board vice chair and was on the bond volunteer committee:

Levis: “Every single school there’s safety upgrades, seismic upgrades, career technical in every one of our high schools. This was a well thought out plan and something that we’re really thrilled that our community came out and supported us.”

The bond will pay to replace North Eugene High School and Camas Ridge and Edison Elementaries. Levis says there will be a lot of community input going forward.
