Lane County is starting a donation program for personal protective equipment. They are asking community members to donate excess items such as gowns, gloves, and masks to the Delta Highway Warehouse.
Public Information Officer Jason Davis says the following businesses are likely to have these items.
“Some examples of people who might have some of those materials are tattoo parlors, beauty salons, spas, and construction companies," said Davis. "We very much appreciate your donations, and those donations are going to mobilize our medical community, allow them to keep responding in the fashion they have been up to date.”
The Delta Highway Warehouse will accept donations from 2pm to 4pm, Mondays through Fridays.
