UO Law Professor Will Serve On Senate Committee

A University of Oregon assistant law professor is taking a leave of absence to work for the U.S. Senate.

Greg Dotson has accepted the position of Chief Counsel for the US Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. The committee has legislative jurisdiction over national climate change policy. Dotson teaches environmental law and climate change law at the UO Law School and is a nationally recognized expert on environmental law.
