13 Counties win a billion dollar lawsuit against the state of Oregon that claims it has failed to maximize revenue from logging. 

The Association of Oregon Counties meets this week in Eugene to discusses housing and homelessness among other issues. The latest count from Portland State University puts Eugene behind Portland as the 2nd largest city in Oregon. But the US Census says it’s Salem. And we make note of World Toilet Day.
