Eugene was recently ranked first in the nation for a dubious honor, while Egan Warming Centers have announced a temporary expansion.  Springfield City Councilors voted on a controversial rezoning proposal, and NAACP officials are speaking their minds on a case of alleged racial profiling and excessive use of force involving an OSU student.  Join us for these stories and more, on this week's edition of the Northwest Passage podcast.

This week's recording features KLCC's Brian Bull, Anni Katz, and Melorie Begay.
