KLCC Public Radio Foundation Journalism Fellow
The KLCC Public Radio Foundation Journalism Fellow is a valued contributor to the KLCC newsroom. The special emphasis of this position is to further KLCC’s commitment to reflecting the wide range of experiences within our community, including differences of race, access, class and culture. KLCC FM 89.7, an NPR member station located in Eugene, Oregon, offers this unique fellowship for an aspiring or early-career journalist who seeks to hone their skills while working in a dynamic local newsroom. The Fellow will work full-time, for 12 months, as a member of the award-winning KLCC news team in Eugene, Oregon. Part Time Weekend & Fill-in News Anchor and Program Host
KLCC is looking for a talented host & journalist to join its award-winning news and programming departments. This part-time position will work across digital and traditional broadcast platforms. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of traditional broadcast with proficiency in web, mobile and social media platforms. Knowledge of public broadcasting is a plus.
This position will work closely with the Program Director and News Director to generate and coordinate content for KLCC broadcast and digital portals, including news content, podcasts, data tables, promotional displays and calendar items.
