Smith: "A typical standard residential customer would see $1.09 increase in their wastewater utility fee."

A public hearing on the wastewater fee increase for Eugene is Wednesday afternoon at 2 at the Public Works office.

Springfield is proposing a 50 cent boost to the rate. City Councilors will discuss the proposal at their May 5th meeting.
