Four LCC Board Seats Up For Election

Lane Community College

Four seats will be decided in the upcoming elections on May 18th for the Lane Community College Board. 

    

Two candidates are running uncontested. Austin Folnagy is seeking his first term on the board as the Zone 4 representative. Mike Eyster has served on the board since 2017 and is seeking re-election.

Incumbent Holli Johnson has two challengers. Thomas Jennings who works as an electrician. And Mark Boren who works for Lane Fire Authority and is current Board Chair for Fern Ridge School District. 

Vying for the Zone 5 position are former state representative Al King and EWEB commissioner Steve Mital.

The deadline to turn in ballots is May 18th. 

Lane Community College holds the licence for KLCC.
