A new documentary about medical workers targeted in the war will be presented in two free showings this Sunday, Oct. 5.

Screenings of the 1-hour film will begin at 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm at First Congregational Church, 24th Avenue and Harris streets in Eugene.

Discussions with local medical personnel with ties to medical workers in Gaza will follow each session. The film is presented by a new local group, People for Peace and Justice in Palestine, which works to end the U.S. arming of Israel and the starvation and killing of Gaza civilians.
