Join the City of Springfield for a free, family-friendly Halloween celebration at City Hall. Enjoy indoor trick-or-treating, a 4:00 PM Magic Show, free grilled cheese samples from Franz Grilled Cheese Truck, and a special performance by the U.S. Navy Band at 3:30 PM in the plaza. Firefighters, police officers, and City staff will be on hand with candy, activities, and fun for all ages.
