Single-family home prices across Portland-Vancouver-and-Hillsboro have increased by more than 335 percent in the last 26 years. That’s about 10 percent more than in San Francisco.
The FHFA said a low inventory of homes available for sale, strong buyer confidence and a generally strong economy drive home price increases in the U.S.
