Oregon voters weigh drug decriminalization and addiction treatment ballot measure

Measure 110 would decriminalize the possession of specific amounts of illegal drugs and direct more money toward drug treatment. Mike Marshall, the co-founder and director of the addiction support nonprofit Oregon Recovers, opposes the measure. They join us.
