Has the housing market peaked?

The U.S. housing market may be slowing, as mortgage interest rates spike and the supply of available homes remains relatively low.

Here & Now‘s Robin Young speaks with Derek Thompson, staff writer at The Atlantic, who writes that the market has peaked. But no, he says, the coming downturn will not look like 2008.
