Eugene police are investigating a shooting that occurred Friday in the parking lot of the Walmart store at 4550 West 11th Avenue. Officers responded to the first reports at 5:18 pm.
One person died. Their name is being withheld pending notification of relatives.
Witnesses and those with information are being asked to contact the Eugene Police Violent Crimes Unit.
