The community is invited to commemorate Juneteenth at the 2025 Juneteenth Gathering, taking place on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 3:00 to 8:30 PM at the Farmers Market Pavilion in downtown Eugene.

This family-friendly, free celebration honors Black freedom, culture, and excellence through music, art, food, and community connection.

This year’s event will feature live performances by Sistahs4Life, Zelia Woods, and the headliner Mz. Etta’s World, a Juneteenth history presentation, and a variety of engaging activities for all ages, including a Kid Zone and Black vendor marketplace.

Attendees can enjoy a wide range of food from local Black-owned vendors and food trucks, along with community tables hosted by local organizations offering resources, services, and giveaways. A special Elder's Space will also provide a reflective atmosphere, honoring the wisdom of local Black elders.
