Eugene Fix-it Fair

Eugene Fix-it Fair
On December 13, the last Fix-it Fair Workshops of 2023 will connect you with repair experts who will help you repair outdoor and winter gear, skateboards and bicycles. Bring your damaged stuff, and let's mend, fix, or show you how!
This free event is offered in partnership with the Eugene ToolBox Project and the City of Eugene.
For skateboard and bike repair, head to Shift Community Cycles at 811 W. 6th Ave, and learn how to change out of a bike tube. And, learn how to upcycle used bike tubes into things like wallets and belts.
For outdoor and winter gear repair, head to Viking Sewing at 788 W. 6th Ave.
Fix-It Fairs are events that invite the community to get items repaired at no cost. Volunteers and professionals provide free repairs at these events and provide assistance to attendees interested in learning how to make their own repairs.
These events are FREE and open to everyone! First-come, first-served. One item per person, please.
The ToolBox Project supports a volunteer-driven tool-lending library and pop-up Fix-It Fairs open to residents of Lane County, Oregon. We empower people and build community around re-use, repair, and sustainability by sharing tools, resources, knowledge, and skills.
