Securely shredding old documents is a safe way to prevent identity theft. On Saturday, May 4, OCCU is hosting a free, on-the-spot document destruction event for Lane County and the surrounding community. 

Bring your sensitive documents to OCCU’s corporate office at 2880 Chad Drive in Eugene anytime between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. and we’ll safely and securely dispose of them for you.

We’re partnering with Food for Lane County  to help stock its local food pantries and reduce hunger in our community. Most needed items are canned chicken or tuna, dry pasta, pasta sauces, cereal, and canned and boxed dishes. Bring nonperishable food items with you to Shred Fest this year and help to provide a meal to an individual or family in need.
