The Oregon State University Extension Small Farms Program is excited to announce the return of Rural Living Day! This full-day event is an opportunity for rural landowners and stewards to learn about a variety of subjects such as weed management, hay quality, soils, tree identification, septic systems, chainsaw safety, food preservation and more.
The event will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Junction City High School, 1135 W 6th Ave, Junction City, OR. Check in starts at 8:30 am, with programs beginning at 9 am. Registration is $20 per person, and scholarships are available.
Morning refreshments will be provided. To keep registration fees low, lunch is not provided. Participants are asked to bring their own lunch or plan accordingly. Advanced registration is required as there is limited capacity.
