Get ready for a spook-tacular afternoon of fun and excitement at Springfield City Hall! Dress up in your costumes and trick-or-treat indoors with City staff. Plus, enjoy a delicious stop at the Franz Grilled Cheese Truck for free samples of a childhood favorite. The Springfield Police Department and Eugene Springfield Fire will also be joining us! This FREE event is for all ages—bring your friends, family, and neighbors for a Halloween celebration you won’t want to miss!
