Join the Springfield Public Library for a free showing of the 2022 reboot of Scream (2022) at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 13th at the Wildish Community Theater in downtown Springfield. We will have an actress from the Film joining us via zoom, Springfield Native Jasmin Savoy Brown, to discuss the movie.

Sam Carpenter is shocked to learn that her estranged sister, Tara, has been attacked by a masked stranger and is now in the hospital. What’s more, this masked stranger is wearing the same outfit that her father, Billy Loomis, wore 25 years ago during his deadly killing spree. Sam now joins forces with Tara’s friends to uncover the sinister masked man who has been haunting their steps.

SpringFilm continues at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 4th, 2024, with a free showing of the Oscar Winning film The Artist.
