Our 13th birthday is a major event, and you’re invited to the official party! Prepare for questionable music, way too much chocolate, and maybe some mild chaos. Don’t be late.

As a writer, you know it’s good to connect with other lovers of word and story, but many literary events can feel too formal or high-pressure. Networking? No way! Even workshops and readings don’t always provide the relaxed atmosphere you’re looking for or an easy way to connect with others.

Perhaps you need a casual, enjoyable setting where you can socialize and build relationships with fellow writers. Our Birthday Social provides just that, with activities designed to foster community.

Join us on March 7 at Wordcrafters Studio for an afternoon of fun, nerdy word games, and goodwill.

We’ll have Banagrams, Dixit, Story Cubes, and other fun word games we unpacked from the boxes.

All word and story lovers are welcome, new and old – all levels, all ages.

Open to the public. No cover charge, (but you can totally give us a prezzie!). If you register online – and show up! – you’ll be entered into a door prize drawing of a basket of writer goodies (mug, journal, chocolate bar, a free one-year Wordcrafters membership, and probably a book or two).

Teas and chocolate provided. BYOB (bring your own beverage, hard or soft).
