A person died in a fire at a mobile home in Springfield Wednesday. Another occupant was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Eugene Springfield Fire reports it was called to the scene near 53rd and Main streets.
Crews entered a window to search the house. No firefighters were injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Officials did not identify the victim.
