Mountain Rose Herbs Purchases Phoenix Industrial Park In Eugene

Mountain Rose Herbs

E-commerce company Mountain Rose Herbs has purchased the Phoenix Industrial Park in the Whiteaker area of Eugene. The purchase of the 12-acre campus was finalized on December 31, 2020.

This is the third time the company has moved since relocating from California in 2001. According to Owner and CEO, Shawn Donnille, it's the largest commercial transaction in Lane County for 2020.

“It’s really hard to operate a complex organization when you’re spread out over six miles,” said Donnille. “So all of the eight facilities that we have, we’re just going to consolidate into one megacampus.”

Learning from past moves, The company will take three years to completely transition into the space.

“I remember when I just completely moved the company back in 2010 from Pleasant Hill to Eugene,” said Donnille. “Ugh. That was so painful. It took us, I think, about a year or two to recover.”

Donnille intends to continue growing the company which could provide 20-50 new jobs per year.
