Gas prices jump in Oregon due to refinery, pipeline Issues

Gas prices have jumped this week in Oregon.

That's because of refinery issues on the west coast after an outage at the Olympic Pipeline, according to AAA Oregon.

The national average for regular added one cent this week to $3.19 a gallon. Oregon's averaged got a 16 cent boost to $4.14 a gallon.

AAA says some relief should come soon with the switch to winter-blend fuel starting next week.
