Oregonians have seen a drop in gas prices this week. According to AAA, Oregon’s average for regular gas has fallen 10 cents to $5.20 a gallon. The national average is down 20 cents to $4.29 a gallon.
AAA says lower crude oil prices caused the reduction. That’s driven by hopes for a deal between the U.S. and Iran. But any new escalation to the war could send crude oil prices and gas prices higher again.
