No. 11 Ducks Host Washington State on Saturday

@OregonFootball Twitter

The University of Oregon is riding a six-game winning streak heading into this weekend’s home game.

No. 11 Oregon is coming off last weekend’s narrow win at the University of Washington and has turned their attention to hosting Washington State on Saturday.

In the past six games, the Ducks have scored 230 points, to their opponents’ 56. Eugene native Justin Herbert was named the PAC-12 Offensive Player of The Week and Calvin Throckmorton earned the Offensive Lineman of The Week honor.

Even with all the success thus far, Coach Mario Cristobal says the team is staying focused on their goals. At this week’s media day, Coach Cristobal noted that “it’s taken a lot to get to this point in the season doing some good things and we still have to get better at a lot of things. It’s going to take a heck of a lot more the rest of the way to accomplish the things that we want to.”

Washington State is 4-3 for the season and is winless on the road. The Ducks v. Cougars Saturday night matchup is ESPN’s primetime game of the week. Kickoff is at 7:30pm at Autzen Stadium.

Oregon State University's team is off this weekend. The Beavers (3-4) travel to Arizona (4-3) for their next game on Nov. 2.
