Oregonians should be on the lookout for a possible check from a class-action lawsuit against BP.
The Oregon Department of Justice says more than a million checks in the amount of $94.42 will be arriving in mailboxes soon. It’s part of the settlement in the case, which claimed that BP customers were wrongly charged a fee to use their debit card at BP gas stations in Oregon. The gas stations operate under the ARCO and am/pm brands.
