Weekend college football and basketball action roundup:

PAC-12 Football

It was a good day at Autzen Stadium in Eugene on Saturday as the Ducks clinched the Pac-12 North title for the first time since 2014 with their 34-6 routing of the Arizona Wildcats (4-6). The win means the Ducks will play in the Pac-12 Championship game on Dec.6 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Ca. Quarterback Justin Herbert completed 20 of 28 passes for 333 yards- his 8th time passing for over 300 yards. The Ducks are now 9-1 for the year.

Oregon State celebrates their 35-34 win over Arizona State on Saturday, November 16, in Corvallis.

The Beavers had a narrow win over Arizona State (5-5) in Corvallis. The 35-34 win takes Oregon State to 5-5 on the season. It was the Beavers’ first Pac-12 home win since 2016’s Civil War game. If the Beavers secure another win in one of their two remaining games, they could see themsleves in a bowl game in the post-season.

Women’s Basketball

More than 9,000 fans watched the University of Oregon women’s basketball team (3-0) cruise to an easy 99-63 win over Texas Southern University at Matthew Knight Arena Saturday, but for the visiting Tigers (1-1), it was just another part of a very bad day.

On Saturday morning at 10:13am, Eugene Police were called to a report that a black Under Armour duffel bag containing all of the Texas Southern University uniforms, was stolen from Eugene’s Graduate Hotel conference room.

The Tigers ended up facing the country’s No.1 team in their practice jerseys, and one player wore a makeshift jersey with masking tape for a number. Eugene Police are looking for leads in the case in hopes of returning the uniforms to the team before their next set of games.

Oregon travels to New York to take on No. 20 Syracuse (3-0) next weekend.

The No. 7 ranked Oregon State’s Women’s basketball team (3-0) hosts Missouri State (4-0) Sunday at 1:30 in Corvallis.

Men’s Basketball

Oregon State (3-1) topped Wyoming (1-3) on the road with a final score of 83-63 on Saturday. The Beavers host University of California, Santa Barbara (1-2) on Wednesday night at 7:00 at Gill Coliseum.

Oregon (3-0) faces University of Texas at Austin (4-0) on Sunday afternoon at 5:00 at Matthew Knight.
