No. 12 seed Oregon State continued their 2021 NCAA Tournament run with an 80-70 win over No. 4 Oklahoma State on Sunday in Indianapolis. The win moves the Beavers in to the Sweet Sixteen for the first time since 1983.

OSU led by as many as 18, but the Cowboys cut the Beavers' lead to only two points mid-way through the second half. Ethan Thompson had 24 points in the win. Maurice Calloo and and Jarod Lucas each added 15. Warith Alatishe and Roman Silva each pulled down 12 rebounds.

The last time Oregon State advanced to the Sweet Sixteen was in 1983’s NCAA Tournament. That year the Beavers were a No. 2 seed and lost to No. 6 Georgetown in the Elite Eight.
