Oregon Volleyball In NCAA Tournament's Sweet 16

University of Oregon Volleyball is moving on to the Sweet 16 of the 2021 NCAA Volleyball tournament after a 3-0 sweep of Notre Dame on Wednesday in Omaha. The Ducks won in straight sets, 25-17, 25-22 and 25-13.

Morgan Lewis set an Oregon NCAA Tournament record for hitting percentage, hitting .684 with 13 kills on 19 swings and no errors. Brooke Nuneviller recorded her 16th double-double, finishing with 11 kills and 21 digs.

The Ducks are the No.10 overall national seed in this year’s tournament. They entered the tournament as the Pac-12 runner-up and winners of their last 12 of 14 matches.

Oregon finished 14-4 in the conference-only regular season, matching the program’s highest-ever league finish by coming in second in the Pac-12. Oregon’s 14 conference wins are also tied for the second most in a season in school history, matching the total from the 2011 season and behind only the 2012 season.
