Holiday Trolley Returns To Corvallis

City of Corvallis

At least one holiday tradition in Corvallis will continue this year.

The city will operate its specially-decorated trolleybus on weekend afternoons until Christmas. The service departs from the Downtown Transit Center and serves several holiday shopping destinations.

According to a city press release:

The Holiday Trolley will depart the Downtown Transit Center (DTC) every 15 minutes from noon to 4:45 p.m. on the following dates:

    Saturday & Sunday - December 12 & 13
    Saturday & Sunday - December 19 & 20

The last trip of each service day will leave at 4:45 pm from the DTC at 5th Street and Monroe Avenue.

Stops are located at:  Northbound 1st Street at Monroe Ave; Southbound 2nd Street and Monroe; Southbound 2nd Street between Madison and Jefferson; Southbound 2nd Street between Washington and Western; Northbound 3rd Street between Jefferson and Madison; Southbound 4th Street between Madison and Jefferson.

Riders must wear a face covering and not all seats will be available in order to maintain social distancing.

Like all of the public transportation routes operated by the City of Corvallis, the holiday trolley is free to ride.
